Interactive 2D and 3D Floor Plans!!!

We can create floor plans from your drawing or we can measure and draw them for you!

Many Realtors have expressed their dislike for creating floor plans. We take the hassle and work out of floor plans by measuring and drawing homes for you. If you would rather measure the home for your self we are glad to just make the digital version of your sketch.

We make 2D and 3D Plans, and then we can add the pictures on every room that will zoom in. Truly amazing!!!

The first thing we do is to create a floor plan using our software, then we attach still pictures (panoramics will be available mid 2008) to each room.

When your mouse comes over the green camera icon, a small thumbnail pops up, showing a picture of the room, and if you would like to see the whole picture, then just click on the thumbnail.

This link will take you to this floor plan example and you will get to experience the thumbnails popping up.

Note that each room has the square footage.

The next step up is to make this flat 2D floor plan into a 3D floor plan, like the two examples below.

Prices for houses under 2500sqft:

$40 if you have the floor plan, we digitize it

$80 We measure and digitize the floor plan

$20 To add the pictures on the plan

$15 To make it a 3D

Finally, if you want to experience the ultimate interactive floor plan visit, we will create a 3D walkthrough plan, where the viewer is navigating through the house, changing furniture and color on walls to his liking.... This is an excellent tool for prospective buyers, they are able to get a better idea of how the home flows and if they are able to fit their furnishings into the home.
